MegaDerm is a male enhancement cream to improve erection strength and firmness. For men who are experiencing symptoms of erectile dysfunction, it can help to get aroused more quickly as well as having stronger and firmer erections. MegaDerm works by supporting the amount of Nitric Oxide that is brought to the penis to help trigger erections, as well as to support the amount of blood to the erectile chambers.

Active ingredients include Green Tea Extract, Panax Ginseng, Saw Palmetto, Catuaba, and Zinc. Green Tea Extract is to support energy, while Panax Ginseng is to support stamina. Saw Palmetto is traditionally used to support the health of the male reproductive system. Catuaba is often used as a libido supporter, and Zinc supports the production of healthly sperm. For many of these ingredients however, studies are well documented on how they work when ingested, but few are available for how these ingredients work when applied topically.
