There are several techniques you can use in your search on how to control ejaculation, but you may be surprised to learn that something as simple as Kegel exercises can help you take control of the situation. Men that ask their female partners about Kegel exercises will probably hear all about the benefits associated from this pelvic squeeze. Although women have known about the advantages of doing Kegels for quite some time, men are just catching on that these exercises can help premature ejaculation issues and improve prostate health. With so many health benefits, why wouldn’t you want to get started?

How to Control Ejaculation

The Kegel exercise is quite simply the contracting and relaxing of the pelvic floor muscles. In men this means the pubococcygeal and pelvic diaphragm. Strengthening the pelvic floor helps men overcome erectile dysfunction (impotence) and incontinence, as well as drastically improves sexual awareness and enjoyment. This can be the perfect solution for men wondering how to control ejaculation naturally without the need for medication. Identify your pelvic floor muscles by laying or sitting in a comfortable position with your core and leg muscles relaxed. Once you’re completely relaxed, tighten the muscle around your anus while avoiding squeezing your buttocks.

To find the muscle around the urethra, stop your urine flow mid-stream and note which muscles are being used before restarting the stream again. Don’t do this often since it may affect your urinary tract, but it’s safe to do occasionally to remind yourself where those muscles are. Now that you have located the muscles around the urethra and anus, you can begin to learn how to control ejaculation with Kegels. Tighten those muscles by lifting them up, again without squeezing the muscles in your bottom, and hold it for at least five seconds. Release the muscles and relax for ten seconds, repeating for eight to ten squeezes.

These Kegel exercises are easy to do, and so simple that you can do them at the office or even in the car while stopped at a red light. Nobody will ever know you’re exercising. Complete the eight to ten repetitions with five to ten strong, short muscle squeezes without resting in between. The regimen should be repeated four to five times a day and should get easier over time. Once you’ve mastered the Kegels, you will begin to notice a significant difference in your stamina, and your prostrate as well as your partner will thank you for it.
