    Matrix Nutrition KONG is not recommended

    I used this supplement for my fitness and bodybuilding goal and I was expecting increasing muscle mass, strength, and endurance from this supplement. But it gives me Gas issues, Muscle Cramps, and all day feels like dehydration. I'll not recommend this to anyone
